The leading provider of solutions and content for the online gambling industry, powering iGaming and iLottery operators, NeoGames, confirmed that its subsidiary, Aspire Global Limited, will power the operations of The Cordish Companies’ PlayLive! Online Casino in Pennsylvania. Details regarding the new collaboration emerged Tuesday and see Aspire deliver its leading technology and solutions, supercharging the Play Live! Online Casino brand.
Per the terms of the new deal, NeoGames agreed to supply its leading player account management (PAM) system, as well as CRM, Data Analytics and Aggregation products. Under the terms of the new collaboration, Play Live! Online Casino will transition to those solutions at some point next year. Thanks to the new deal, the brand will benefit from NeoGames’ leading solutions that have already proven their effectiveness and scalability by going live in more than 20 US states.
In addition to the aforementioned solutions, the deal would also bring Aspire Global’s leading CRM system called AspireEngage. The solution is expected to propel the customer experience and boost engagement via personalized messaging and other unique traits. Further strengthening Play Live!’s operations, the collaboration will see the brand benefit from Pariplay’s Fusion aggregation platform, offering engaging content from leading iGaming developers in combination with tools that are proven to enhance customer retention and long-term value.

Steven Nathan, Cordish Gaming Group’s SVP of interactive gaming, spoke about the latest collaboration, explaining that it reaffirms the goal for the PlayLive! brand to offer supreme experiences for customers in Pennsylvania.
