IGT, a global leader in the provision of gambling products and services, has unveiled a new Poland-facing agreement. According to the announcement, IGT has upgraded the iGaming platform of Polish national lottery operator, Totalizator Sportowy, and has deployed all of its components to the cloud.
The agreement notably marks the first time the gaming leader has launched a customer’s compressive online lottery platform to the cloud. In addition, Thus, Totalizator Sportowy is now the first European lottery operator to have its end-to-end iLottery system on the cloud.
Under the deal, IGT upgraded its Polish partner’s online lottery system to IGT Command, its latest PAM (player account management) system. IGT’s proprietary PAM system is a robust engine for online lotteries, sporting player-centric functions and game enablement solutions.
Thanks to the upgrades provided by IGT, Totalizator Sportowy will now be able to monitor its players’ experiences while following and predicting customer and tech trends. The Polish operator is now more adaptable to new opportunities and capable provide a myriad of cashless options and safer gambling tools.
Thanks to a previous development, IGT launched its RGS to the cloud, allowing Totalizator Sportowy to deliver a constant stream of content to players.
IGT is the go-to provider for lottery gaming and is currently serving 25 lotteries in the United States and 8 of the 10 biggest lotteries in the world.
The Deal Highlights Totalizator Sportowy’s Desire to Innovate
Olgierd Cieślik, Totalizator Sportowy’s chief executive officer, said that his team joined forces with IGT to bolster its lottery tech and systems and provide players with many safe and exciting lottery solutions.
