Two player-favorite local casinos in Henderson’s Water Street District, Emerald Island Casino and Rainbow Club Casino, have announced their decision to merge their loyalty programs.
Listening to Guests’ Suggestions
The two gambling venues were sold by Boulder Highway Gaming and Water Street Gaming to an affiliate of ECL Hospitality Management run by businessmen Marc Falcone and Ronald Winchell at the beginning of the year.
Co-owner and former Henderson Chamber of Commerce board chairman Tim Brooks took over as managing director, and he is responsible for supervising day-to-day operations.
At the end of last year, Emerald Island Casino celebrated its two-decade anniversary.
While the sale was still pending regulatory approval, Ron Winchell and Marc Falcone spoke about the great achievements that “Tim and his team have created” while expressing excitement regarding their desire to maintain and add to the Guest Experience as they keep expanding and growing the two properties.
Accordingly, Emerald Island and Rainbow Club casinos announced they would bring together their shared cards for players under the Club Jewel name, after closely listening to the suggestions of gamers who visit both venues.
Brooks explained listening to the feedback of their “valued guests“ has constantly been their “top priority,” calling the loyalty program merger “an important milestone” in their commitment to guaranteeing their satisfaction.
Club Jewel Program Benefits
The decision translates to players who only own one Rainbow Club casino card to be assigned a new number belonging to the Club Jewel program.
Players at both casinos can expect to enjoy simplified gaming experiences as well as considerably improved interaction with the venues.
Players who hold loyalty cards from both casinos will have their points added together while benefiting from the same redemption rates at the restaurants, according to the operator’s press release.
At the same time, the two establishments explained a fresh set of benefits will feature additional multipliers at the Rainbow Club and base points earned counting toward reaching new statuses.
Club Jewel counts four different tiers, Emerald, Jade, Ruby, and Sapphire, with Emerald representing the highest achievable when players earn 60,000 base points over a 90-day rating period.
Emerald Island’s online platform displays the rating periods listed as August 1-October 31, November 1-January 31, February 1-April 30, and May 1-July 31.
Guests who are awarded monthly free meals via mail will be given the chance to take their pick from serving dinner at the Triple B or the Emerald Island Grille at the Rainbow Club on a weekly basis.
Rainbow Club Casino does not offer any table games, but it hosts over 450 gaming machines, slots, video poker, and keno included, along with a William Hill sportsbook.
At the end of March 2022, Emerald Island Casino announced it would introduce Emerald Express Cash, a new app for Android and iOS devices that will allow guests to register with the Emerald Express card and link their bank accounts to the app.
