Everi Digital, the well-known international provider of games for online casinos, has announced that its global footprint has expanded to cover the United Kingdom as well following an agreement with Jumpman Gaming.

Everi Digital is the online gaming arm of Everi Holdings, a powerful provider of content and software both for land-based and online casinos. The company also provides financial technology, player loyalty solutions and bingo platforms.

Jumpman Gaming on the other hand is a company that holds an online casino license granted by the United Kingdom Gambling Commission and provides services and content to various online casinos which operate in this highly competitive market. The content from Everi Digital will be delivered to the customers of Jumpman Gaming through the Spark Remote Game Server, the proprietary game server of the supplier and will be aggregated through Light & Wonder, the famous international iGaming supplier formerly known as Scientific Games.

Last week Light & Wonder announced that it was ready to extend its existing collaboration with Everi Digital, allowing expansion across new markets in the United Kingdom, Europe and Latin America.

Until now the vast portfolio of casino games offered by Everi Digital was mostly featured in online casinos in North America. The deal with Jumpman Gaming, one of the fastest growing iGaming networks in the United Kingdom, will give the supplier the chance to showcase its products to a new but also vast audience.

Light & Wonder has unveiled a new partnership with RubyPlay that would provide it with access to the latter company’s content.

In the meantime, Light & Wonder also expanded its long-term deal with Everi Digital, Everi Holdings’ online gaming business. According to the announcement, Light & Wonder will power its clients in the UK and Italy with a range of Everi Digital’s catalog of over 70 games.

This deal will notably mark the foray of Everi’s content into Italy, making Light & Wonder’s partners there the first to offer Everi Digital’s titles.

In addition to that, the expanded agreement will see Light & Wonder roll out Everi Holdings’ games in South America as well.

Everi Holdings Inc., a major provider of casino gaming products and services, has agreed to purchase certain assets of Video King, a top provider of integrated electronic bingo gaming devices and systems for $59 million. The acquisition is expected to be immediately beneficial to the company’s earnings and cash flow.

Video King Licenses in 60 Jurisdictions to Benefit Everi’s Games Segment

The acquisition of Video King will provide Everi with complementary assets and an established customer base to foster growth in its games segment. Video King is currently licensed in about 60 jurisdictions and is expected to expand Everi’s player-popular digital gaming content. 

Video King is to enable around 20% of its existing portable e-gaming tablets to offer traditional bingo games, Class II video poker, slots, and instant win games, as well as a digital wallet and loyalty products to players, subject to meeting regulatory requirements.

In 2022, Video King earned over $25 million in revenue, mostly from the recurring revenues generated by an installed base of more than 50,000 portable electronic bingo tablets, which are deployed across tribal casinos, commercial casinos, military bases, charitable bingo halls, and cruise lines. Additionally, the company made revenue from the sale of traditional bingo equipment and consumables.

Video King Acquisition Set to Enhance Everi’s Games and Fintech Solutions

Everi CEO Randy Taylor said the company had successfully executed acquisitions that have grown its product capabilities and markets served in recent years. The acquisition of Video King will help elevate Everi’s current games, FinTech, and digital solutions with and adjacent to its established customer base, providing another lever for growth. 

Tim Richards, Everi executive vice president, chief strategy and digital officer, said Video King provides Everi with an expansive new channel to deploy its growing catalog of digital iGames while enhancing the player experience by incorporating its digital wallet and loyalty products, and adding a new source to generate recurring revenue.

The Everi team has taken great care to future-proof the new venue, allowing ample room for expansion. Environmental sustainability and an employee-friendly working environment also received significant attention. Energy-efficient design and solar power installations will significantly reduce the building’s ecological impact. Customers Should Remain Unaffected by the Move

Moving a large and active production base will be challenging for Everi. The company’s FinTech product assembly team at its current Vegas facility should have a reasonably easy time relocating, but consolidating manufacturing bases in other states will be significantly more challenging. Despite such difficulties, the economic and employee benefits should be worth the extra effort.

Production of gaming machines currently happens in Austin, Texas. Everi’s press release mentions that the relocation will affect 35 employees who can either move to Vegas or apply for other positions at the company. Transitioning to the new facility will be performed gradually over six months to avoid delays or disruptions.
