A professional poker player has won a huge jackpot, proving that luck can come from anywhere. The fortunate player celebrated his win on X, sharing a video of the big moment.

Allen Kessler is a professional poker ranked 10th in All Time Total Cashes with 363 tournament cashes, according to the Global Poker Index. These include 69 WSOP cashes, 12 WSOP Europe cashes and 91 WSOP Circuit cashes, among others.

Despite being best-known for his poker exploits, Kessler just made headlines winning a $1.2 million jackpot on a slot cabinet at The Poker Room Thunder Valley in California. Kessler was playing a Buffalo slot by Aristocrat.

As mentioned, Kessler shared the big moment on X, highlighting his amazing achievement.

According to Kessler, he had been playing the slot machine for some 12 hours. He had been staking $125 per spin and had credit of $2,458 in the machine at the time of his win.

The Poker Pro Said He Loves Buffalo Slots

Kessler was provided with a difficult decision – he can either claim the jackpot as a lump sum payment or have it paid out over the course of 20 years.
