RIVALO, Colombia’s leading online gambling and sports betting operator, has formed a major new partnership. As announced by the company, the casino giant has become the official sponsor of Deportivo Pereira, a professional Colombian soccer team.
As one of the big soccer teams in the country, Deportivo Pereira will promote RIVALO’s brand, allowing it to reach more fans across Colombia. In 2022, the team celebrated its league championship victory, cementing it as one of the best soccer clubs around. Alternatively known as El Grande Matecaña, the team also participated in the Libertadores in 2023 and is currently preparing for the new soccer season in Colombia.
In addition to promoting RIVALO’s brand, the club will also feature in a variety of exclusive promotions. The gambling company plans to hold a series of campaigns exclusive prizes for fans, including official merchandise, real-life experiences involving the Deportivo Pereira athletes and, of course, free bets.
The partnership will bolster RIVALO’s presence in sports, while reaffirming its commitment to supporting the professional sports sector in Colombia.
In its official announcement, RIVALO said that it is happy to announce this sponsorship deal. The company praised El Grande Matecaña as a team with great traditions and a sizeable fan base, saying that it “deserves a sponsor at the same level as the largest online casino in Colombia.”
The company called this sponsorship deal the “biggest alliance” of Colombian soccer in 2024, saying that it will bring significant benefits to both parties, as well as the fans.
