Martin Zamani, a seasoned professional poker player, was the big winner of the PokerGO Tour (PGT) US Poker Open Event #10: $50,000 No-Limit Hold’em that wrapped up earlier this week. The event attracted a total of 37 entrants, helping generate a prize pool of nearly $2 million.

Eliminating all of his opponents, Zamani secured the grand prize of $666,000 as the winner of Event #10. Besides the hefty prize, as the winner of the event, the poker pro secured a Golden Eagle trophy as well.

By winning Event #10, Zamani also boosted his position within the 2023 US Poker Open Leaderboard. The win helped him reach the top of the Leaderboard, with 570 PGT points, replacing the previous leader which was Ren Lin.

Overall, during the 2023 US Poker Open, Zamani had 4 cashes. Hitting the top of the 2023 US Poker Open Leaderboard also brought a prize bonus for the poker pro. As a result, Zamani secured an additional $50,000 as a championship bonus along with a giant Golden Eagle trophy.

Intense Final Table Action

According to PGT, Chris Brewer was the first player that was eliminated from the final table, collecting a prize of $92,500. The next poker pro that left the final table was Dan Smith, who collected $148,000 for taking fifth place.

Justin Bonomo, a seasoned poker veteran and three-time Super High Roller Bowl champion, received $203,500 from Event #10 for fourth place. In Event #10, Jeremy Ausmus was the player that ranked third, collecting a $296,000 prize.

Finally, the heads-up game was between Zamani and Nick Petrangelo. Initially, Zamani was leading in the chips by two-to-one but continued to expand this difference. The final hand between the duo was down to two pairs.

You actually make it appear really easy along with your presentation however I to find this topic to be really something which I believe I would never understand. It kind of feels too complex and extremely huge for me. I’m taking a look ahead in your next submit, I’ll try to get the dangle of it!
