On Wednesday, the company announced it completed the installation of its leading casino management system (CMS), IGT ADVANTAGE, at Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter, located in Wabeno, Wisconsin.
The rollout of the CMS technology is expected to elevate the experience for guests of the premium entertainment and casino destination. Additionally, Potawatomi Casino Hotel Carter guests are expected to tap into new experiences after IGT links the property’s loyalty rewards program to Potawatomi Casino Hotel located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
IGT ADVANTAGE is popular as one of the most comprehensive CMS platforms within the gambling vertical. The unique system provides operators with engaging features that are also customizable and can include bonus rewards, as well as different special offers. Moreover, the CMS provides tools that ease player management, as well as accounting tools for cage, table and machine accounting. Those tools help streamline and at the same time simplify reporting which ultimately benefits the gambling operators.
Under the terms of the new collaboration at the Potawatomi Hotel Casino, the property will also benefit from the cloud-based solution of IGT that facilitates the configuration of slot content called Floor Manager.
