SIS (Sports Information Services), a leading supplier of around-the-clock live betting services to retail and online operators around the world, has signed an agreement with the world’s largest online gaming and sports betting software supplier Playtech. Under the B2B partnership, SIS will make its comprehensive esports betting product, Competitive Gaming, available to players through Playtech’s online and land-based sports betting facilities.
B2B Partnership
The partnership includes the launch of the entire library of SIS’s Competitive Gaming content via the Playtech’s global network. In this way, players from all over the world will be able to access more than 150,000 annual events to get involved in the ebasketball and esoccer competitions with other skillful gamers.
Extending the Existing Deal
Such an experience has now been facilitated through the extension of the existing partnership between the two global industry players. In addition to the SIS’s supply of racing and numbers products through Playtech’s platforms, the deal extension represents a significant move for SIS to include leading sports betting platforms in its portfolio. At the same time, Playtech will benefit from the extended supply of the products and services ensuring reliable operation and minimized risk management activities.
Such an assumption is derived from the fact that the Competitive Gaming solution is a comprehensive in-house development provided by SIS. The product, fully capable of seamless integrations, has proven its features and profitability to fully meet Playtech’s content requirements aimed to anchor its position among worldwide customers.
Mutual Benefit
Also, the agreement will help boost the SIS brand as a leading supplier in the event-based esports betting space. The company has recently integrated with bet365 and Betsson to enter flagship partnerships and make the brand stand out in the global esports market.
Highly Accredited Product
Such an image has already been enhanced by the highest possible accreditation awarded to SIS for its Competitive Gaming development. Indeed, the product has been awarded the Esports Integrity Commission’s (ESIC) Gold Standards designed to set unparalleled levels of integrity and safety in the esports betting industry. Such recognition is another testimony of the product capability of rendering a unique and comprehensive esports experience.
Andy Kelly, Head of Commercial Partnerships at SIS, said:“SIS and Playtech have a longstanding and successful relationship through our racing and numbers products. We are pleased to strengthen this relationship further with the inclusion of SIS Competitive Gaming.’’
Kelly added: “Playtech customers will now have access to our market-leading offering of highly competitive esoccer and ebasketball contests offering high margins and unbeatable integrity. The product will be launched both online and via Playtech SSBTs to include full data and streaming.”
