Evolution has confirmed a new partnership with Gaming Arts LLC that will see some of NetEnt’s most popular online slots reimagined for traditional casino play. The rollout is scheduled to begin in North America in the fourth quarter of 2025, with the games delivered on Gaming Arts’ high-performance MOD EX cabinets.
This agreement signals a major industry shift. For years, the movement of games typically flowed from land-based venues to online platforms. With this deal, Evolution is taking a different approach by adapting its most successful digital titles for land-based casinos, introducing players to familiar experiences in an entirely new setting.
Bringing Divine Fortune and Starburst to the Casino Floor
Among the first games to make the transition is Divine Fortune, which remains Evolution’s top online performer in the United States. The title has already inspired sequels including DivineFortune Megaways and Divine Fortune Black. Now, both the classic version and a brand-new sequel, Divine Fortune Ascension, will debut on casino floors. The Ascension edition introduces a three-pot perceived persistence feature, designed to heighten excitement and extend player engagement.
Another highlight of the project is Starburst, NetEnt’s most recognized slot worldwide. The game has achieved global success and led to sequels such as Starburst XXXtreme and Starburst Galaxy. For the land-based market, Gaming Arts will release a two-game pack featuring an updated version of the original alongside a new title called Starburst Supernova. These adaptations will include multiplayer functionality and a persistent bonus feature that leads into a hold-and-spin mechanic, bringing new dimensions to a player-favorite.
