EveryMatrix_gains_South_Africa_licence_as_customer_launch_pipeline_growsEveryMatrix has obtained formal approval to deliver its turnkey platform technology in South Africa, adding a new regulated jurisdiction to its operational portfolio. The approval arrives while the company reports a growing pipeline of customers across Africa and signals additional launches expected soon. Recent developments in North America also reflect continued expansion into regulated markets, including a new casino content partnership in the United States.

South Africa Licence Opens New Operational Phase

EveryMatrix South Africa (EMSA) secured a manufacturer’s licence from the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board. This authorisation allows the company to supply modular turnkey technology covering sportsbook systems, casino platforms, player account management, payments infrastructure, and affiliate management tools to both local and international operators.

Company activity across Africa has intensified in recent years. Several partnerships with regional brands have already materialised, while additional operators prepare to launch services using its technology in the near term. The earlier acquisition of FSB Technology strengthened the group’s position in South Africa and provided access to further developed and emerging iGaming markets across the continent.

Large-scale operators and lottery organisations in regulated jurisdictions continue selecting the company’s turnkey systems. These include modular platform solutions designed to integrate sports betting, casino gaming, account management, and payments within a single operational structure.

Mark Schmidt, Managing Director, Africa, EveryMatrix, said: “Bringing our full suite of turnkey platform products into South Africa under our new licence is enabling us to power some of the biggest brands here, giving them access to technology that will instantly unlock their potential and drive market growth. In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be announcing some major deals so watch this space.

“Our casino, sports, PAM, payments, games and content aggregation and affiliate management solutions, supported by our local experts who understand their needs and challenges are providing an offering no one else has been able to offer so far in South Africa and across the continent.”

North American Deal Shows Broader Regulated Expansion

Earlier in February, the company confirmed a content aggregation partnership in the United States with betOcean, part of Ocean Casino Resort in New Jersey. The agreement provides betOcean with access to a casino platform catalogue exceeding 45,000 games from more than 360 global suppliers. The offering also includes integration with Evolution’s One Stop Shop portfolio in the U.S., enabling access to titles from NetEnt, Red Tiger, NoLimit City, and Big Time Gaming.

The integration process reached completion in less than four months and included full regulatory approval. This agreement represents the fifth aggregation deal in North America and the third within the United States. The company currently serves over 300 customers worldwide and holds licences in several regulated North American jurisdictions, including Ontario, New Jersey, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.

Marc Burroughes, CCO, Casino, EveryMatrix, said: “Partnering with betOcean is a crucial step in our growth strategy. Completing a full aggregation integration in under four months, including regulatory approval, shows our deep experience in delivering compliant content in the U.S.”

Ray Stefanelli, Vice President of Online Gaming, betOcean, added: “Working with EveryMatrix has allowed us to significantly strengthen our online casino offering in New Jersey.

“Its aggregation platform gives us access to premium content from some of the most recognizable game studios in the market, with further enhancements planned in early 2026 as we plan to roll out EveryMatrix Exclusive games in the next phase of our partnership.”

The combination of the South African licence and ongoing North American partnerships reflects a continued push into regulated markets through platform supply, content aggregation, and regional partnerships.
